Crane & Elephant serves ramen with soy sauce and miso broths, including spicy versions. Chashu, seasoned halved egg, bamboo shoots and dry seaweed appear in these bowls, with sesame chili oil in spicy shoyu.
Tan Tan Men blends peanut, sesame and chili oil with ground pork. Black Garlic Ramen adds black garlic oil to pork bone stock. Vegetarian Ramen has a light tomato and salt broth with assorted vegetables.
